This page provides real-time information on both planned and emergency maintenance on all servers within the Breato 'Cloud'.

Planned maintenance

Breato reserves the right to take the service off-line for 30 minutes routine maintenance each Sunday at 18:00 London time.

Preventative maintenance

From time to time, it may be necessary to perform other preventative maintenance. We will endeavour to provide at least 3 days notice of such action and to undertake the maintenance between the hours of 18:00 and 06:00

However, it may not always be possible to achieve this. In any event we will seek to minimise any disruption to you and, where possible, notify you by email in advance.

Unplanned outages

Our experience of our hosting partners is excellent. However, from time to time, there may be outages due to hardware and network issues beyond our control. We will endeavour to rectify these as a matter of urgency. Please note, that it may not always be our fault if you cannot access your server.
